Hi,I've been running a couple of tests using cheats to find out exactly how many Velvet Weaveries and Dyeworks can be built before 'flooding the market', but I can't seem to reach that point - with nineteen VW&D (one for every city except Jelkala, Suno and Veluca) the prices are still pretty much stable after several weeks, both for Velvet and the raw materials (for a profit of approximately 10000 weekly). This contradicts the views expressed in the article; so I was wondering if anyone had insight regarding the initial claim about flooding the market or maybe why my tests might be biased.
I'm running Mount & Blade Warband v.1.158.Relatedly, I'd love to have more information about various game mechanics connected to this topic - productivity, capital, caravan AI, consumption of goods etc. Anyone knows where to learn more about this? Thanks for any reply:) 15:08, July 4, 2016 (UTC)BaruchaI have never experienced 'flooding the market' either, and I always build nothing but Velvet Weaveries and Dyeworks.15:22, July 4, 2016 (UTC)Ok that's what I thought then, I'll edit out the bit about how Velvet isn't profitable in the long run. Thanks 15:53, July 4, 2016 (UTC)Barucha.
First let me know if there's a better place than here to get help with this bug. It's the Old Valyria quest you get from Ser Janis Lyren in the crossroads Inn. After accepting the quest, getting around 45k stags, 3 sets of tools and 70ish men I set out and eventually found the 'ruined castle' in Essos. When I go up to it I get the two options of 'claim this for yourself and attempt to rebuild' or 'leave this place alone'. This is where it seems to bug, When I select the option to claim for myself it gives the expected readout in the bottom left such as 'you lost 10000 stags, slavers used this be prepared for a battle, the castle has been rebuilt, quest complete: old valyria'. While it reads this out the ruins disappear and 12 or so hours go by in speed mode.
During this time nothing reappears in the ruins place and when the speed mode finishes it pops up the dialogue again like I just found the castle for the first time, to have the opti. Im supposed to scout the lands of always winter. As far as I understand I need to find a White Walker party.
Now the problem is I searched for quite a while without success but there is a White Walker unit imprisoned in Then with some Wights and Whigt Giants. Is there only one White Walker party spawning related to this quest? I have the newest patch for this mod but started the run before it got released. Im almost 400 days in and a restart isn't very appealing. Is there a way to still finish the quest? Does the invasion ever happen without finishing it?Submitted October 07, 2017 at 12:49PM by ironbloodcenturion http://ift.tt/2fTonxz.

Of the 22 Towns, I have always had 18 Dyeworks (a couple of Towns just don't work, but the vast majority do). My income in each town is fairly consistent week after week. It ranges from a low of $350 (in Yalen and Praven), to a high of $1,000 (in Rivecheg, obviously).
And everywhere else, it pretty much runs at right around $500, give-or-take $50.And here's the thing.if you own Rivecheg, or at least have good relations with it and it's villages, you can get Raw Silk real cheap, and feed your less-profitable dye works. Every couple of weeks, I make the rounds up by Rivecheg (to keep Sea Raider population down as much as anything.also make TONS of cash from Sea Raider loot and slaves).I pick up 4-6 bundles of silk for around $350-400 each. Then take them to my Dyeworks in Veluca, where they're usually paying over $700 for silk. Feed the inventory, and my Dyeworks there now makes $1700 a week. And it only cost me $700-800 for the silk.Granted, it gets to be a bit of a pain hauling the silk from one place to another, but what the hell.it makes money. If the villages got pillaged quite regularly, profits will be much lower, as price of raw materials increase.I'm not sure where you got these numbers, but in my experience, they're CRAZY.especially the high-end ones.I mean, no offense, but for a Linen Works to make anywhere near $500 profit, the linen would have to be selling for something like $400 ($150 more than it's 'True Value'). And a brewery making $300 profit means that the Ale is selling for $180. And don't even get me started on the oil/wine press enterprises. The absolute max I've ever been able 'squeeze' (pun intended) out of an oil press is MAYBE close to $400, but usually it's closer to $250-300.
(Hell, my Suno Oil Press was LOSING money till I finally shut it down. They sell oil for less than it's 'True Value', and pay 25% more for the olives to make it.)Again, no offense, but I just think these numbers are way out of whack. Originally posted by:Dyeworks for most towns, Tanneries for Jelkala and Veluca, Ironworks (?) for Suno.
Honestly, I never get much out of Suno.Curaw should also make more money with a Dyeworks than with an Ironworks. What he said, exactly. The problem with an Ironworks at Curaw is that, even tho iron is cheap there, they also sell the tools at a discount, which erodes your profits. My Dyework there has consistently made 550-600 all game. AND I totally agree about Suno being a lost cause. I shut down my Dyeworks and an Oil press there because they were consistently LOSING money each week.
Right now, I got nothing there.I'm thinking maybe opening up a brewery.with one bag of grain required, and $50 operating costs, I can't possibly lose money, even tho I'll only make about $150 a week.lol.Side note.I have an Ironworks at Jelkala, and a Dyeworks at Veluca, and I own the village of Chaeza (sp?) in between them. Every couple of weeks, after I've gathered up a buncha silk, dyes, and iron, I visit my minister at Chaeza, pick up the raw materials, and load the inventories in both towns.

Jelkala consistently makes $800 a week (costs me $300 for the iron), and Veluca makes over $1800 (costs me $800 for silk and dyes). Originally posted by:i have a dyeworks at Halmar get 600-700 denars each weekSeriously??? Without any help 'feeding' the inventory?
Mount And Blade Warband No Productive Enterprise
Wow.I also have a dyeworks at Halmar, and it only makes around $450.But that only goes to prove that what you can make at any particular town depnds HEAVILY on your individual campaign. So I'm not sure there is any 'best' enterprise at any particular town (other than Dyeworks at Rivecheg, obviously). However, I am convinced that Dyeworks at the vast majority of towns yields the most weekly income, regardless.
A guild master can be found in all town, and he will be able to both provide several services and give you quests. In ACOK you'll be able to access him in the town without having to go visit him every time, as long as you have found him inside once.Options while talking to the guild master.
What are you doing?. Do you happen to have a job for me?When asking the guild master this, he'll give the player a quest, and continuously to do so after each finished one. If you choose not to take the presented quest, then you'll still be able to accept it.
The presented quest (if not finished), will change after a few ingame days. There is several different he'll give you. The quests reward and difficulty seems to scale with your level. I have some questions of a political nature. How is trade around here?. How does the wealth of this region compare to the rest of Calradia? When asking the guild master this, he'll tell you how many towns have bigger/less production and wealth. I wish to buy land in this town for a productive enterprise.Choosing this option will make him tell you what kinds of are available for you to buy land for.
This is normally used as a way to pay for player troop wages, or as a fair boost after owning a fief. Fl studio 12.4 reg key.
